Suitcase

Today, I am traveling light. I am going home to see old friends and to play as a guest drummer at my home church for a conference, and I only brought a small 1970’s suitcase, a satchel and my guitar. I feel very put together. No messy backpacks with socks coming out of the zippers, no heavy duffle with airplane tags and stickers: no. All I have is my suitcase and my necessities. It’s a good life I live, and why not follow my own advice and love the life I live.
